Dave's Ammo wins the mens down hill over Jame's Jackson.
Next time I go for the upper, I will have to do it before doing the lower when I am fresher. Thanks for your help and advice Bill, I think that I need to up my stroke rate a bit for the Upper, and also Bala Mill Falls.

Yep, another fun day out with WFCC, plus friends from Dudley and Shrewsbury.
I learned two vital things:- First, it's better not to lean away from incoming snowballs else you're gona have a wet hair day. Second, if you dip your snowballs in the river before throwing they're far more sploshy on impact.
