It was well worth the black eye I must have picked up of a rock. No it was not Amy punishing me for successfully running the Bala falls. Yes she did take a swim on that bit he he! New boat got well chistened lots of 360 s and cartwheels on the falls unfortunately she wasnt in it! Iam sure you will get your own back. Great fun had by both thankyou.

Just to echo what Steve has said - a big thankyou to all who led, encouraged,rescued,waited and guided on Saturday. I really did enjoy myself.
And dont worry Amy my new boat has some war wounds as well and at least you attempted Bala Falls

Thanks to Eric, Bret, Chris and Cakey for getting us home and Dry!! down the Tryweryn on Saturday. Thirteen of us made the trip and with Bill, Dave, Norman, Gemma, James and Rob doing their 4* training there was a fair showing of WFCC members paddling the Tryweryn. Thanks to Zaf for organising a Saturday paddle even though he couldn't make it. Any chance of a few more Saturday paddles on the calendar? Hope you 4* guys did Ok

Thank you Eric, for taking the Trweryn club paddle at short notice. One paddle I really wanted to do as a club... I was a bit envious...:( and pleased that so many went. I would be interested to find out if I have now lost my record for the most swims from 2008 trip of 5 swims?

Can I add my thanks too. Especially to Cakey who threw a perfect line to me after I embarassingly fell out of my boat at Bala Mills ( must be getting old!)
